Are you passionate about building products that solve real user problems? iorUp is looking for a skilled Product Manager to define product vision, drive strategy, and lead the development of innovative digital solutions.
As a remote role, you will work closely with stakeholders, designers, developers, and customers to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and deliver products that create meaningful business and user value.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology products.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and product development processes.
- Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business goals and customer needs into actionable product requirements.
- Experience creating product roadmaps, user stories, and feature specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery.
- Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SaaS, mobile applications, or digital platforms is a plus.
- Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and business teams.
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Analyze user feedback, product metrics, and business data to drive product decisions.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
- Coordinate product launches and ensure successful feature adoption.
- Monitor product performance and continuously optimize the user experience.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and strategic direction to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of product management processes and best practices.
Working Conditions
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
- Working Days: 5 days a week (Weekdays or weekends depending on product priorities).
