1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the super user version of iorUp, you must agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you cannot continue to use the super user version of the application.

2. Eligibility

• We do not restrict the age, but it is better when you are 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you should have parental consent to use iorUp.

3. Information Collection

• When you create a normal user account on iorUp, we collect personal information such as your e-mail, name and gender.
• When you create a super user account, we collect other personal information such as phone number, Facebook account/page or website and address.
• We keep your personal information that you inserted as data.

4. Your Choices

• You can choose to access or not to access your photos on your devices.
• You can also choose to upload your CV form or not.

5. Information & Data Retention

• We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
• We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy.

6. Accounts

• One G-mail account can create "only one" iorUp account. You can use it through multiple devices.
• You can change your user name but not the G-mail that was created for your iorUp account.
• You can also delete your iorUp account in the settings of the Application.
• You can only view the videos without VPN.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree not to share your login information with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend your accounts that violate our policies.
• We also reserve the right to reject your post when your content is against our rules that are illegal, breaches on copyrights, or contains explicit material, hate speech, or violence.
• You can view our application in guest mode without registration. (only view mode)

By registering iorUp as a normal user,

• You can view the profiles of other users.
• You can apply for the job posts.
• You can create job posts.
• You can save other users' posts.

By registering iorUp as a super user,

• You can create real-estate and snap posts.

7. Permitted Use

• iorUp is for personal and lawful use only.
• You agree not to upload, post, or distribute any content that violates laws, infringes, or contains hate speech, violence, or explicit material.
• Impersonation, spam, or automated bot activity is strictly prohibited.
• If you copy and share content, news, photos and videos from other social media platforms, you have to mention and give credit to the rightful owners.
• If you deal with copyright issues, the user is fully responsible for what he/she posts.

8. Content Ownership & License

• You retain ownership of the content you post on iorUp.
• By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute it within our platform.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use iorUp for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the functionality of the app.
• Post any misleading, harmful, or offensive content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

10. Privacy & Data Collection

• We collect and process your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
• Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

11. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time within the app settings.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

• iorUp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

13. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from the use of iorUp.

14. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. The updated Policy will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the revised Policy.
